Abstract

Penambangan batubara pada PT Bara Anugrah Sejahtera yang berlokasi di Desa Pulau Panggung Kecamatan Lawang Kidul Kabupaten Muara Enim Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menggunakan metode tambang terbuka (surface mining) dengan cara open pit mining. Proses pengangkutan batubara dari Pit Fidian ke ROM Stockpile ini sejauh ± 1000 m, sehingga jalan angkut batubara ini memiliki peranan penting dalam menunjang produktivitas coal getting. Produktivitas awal sebelum dilakukan evaluasi yaitu sebesar 66,46 ton /jam/unit, hasil ini masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan produktivitas coal getting perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap geometri jalan berupa pelebaran jalan dan penurunan grade. Rencana pelebaran jalan yaitu sesuai lebar jalan standar pada kondisi lurus yaitu 10 m, dan grade dibawah 8%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan terhadap geometri jalan, produktivitas alat angkut meningkat sebesar 103,4 ton/jam/unit. Selain itu, untuk memelihara dan merawat jalan agar produktivitas coal getting tetap optimal maka perlu juga adanya hauling road maintenance dengan menggunakan grader, water truck, dan compactor.
