Abstract
Egg detection system on the robot arm is a tool that can detect eggs using a camera or webcam. The purpose of this Project is to make a prototype of the software used to detect eggs and apply the software to the robot arm eggs using edge detection methods. This egg detection system uses the main components including a camera or webcam, Raspberry pi, ARM Cortex-A53 processor, Python programming language, Arduino, and the openCV library. Based on the results of tests that have been done on eggs, the eggs must be exposed to more optimal lighting, because the lighting of the eggs is a consideration for eggs. So the results are satisfying and can be detected better.
