Abstract
Bayung Lencir Regional General Hospital is a government-owned hospital that has not used technology completely in the process of managing patient data and information. The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy is applied to help develop customer satisfaction, including by understanding customers, retaining customers through customer experience, attracting new customers, winning contracts, increasing profits, reducing customer management costs. The system built uses the waterfall system development method in the form of a website-based application. The result of this study is the application of a CRM strategy that focuses on managing patient data. The features contained in this application include an online registration process, online consultation, providing criticism of suggestions and assessments of the system, also being able to access information about hospitals, patient medical records, and can produce a report that can be accessed by the leadership.
