Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan Caprolactam dengan kapasitas produksi 100.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2025 di Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 4 Ha. Bahan baku dari pembuatan Caprolactam ini adalah Cyclonehexanon Oxim dan Asam Sulfat. Proses pembuatan Caprolactam ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 2018/9902700 dengan proses BASF dengan mereaksikan cyclohexanon oxim dengan asam sulfat. Reaktor pertama dan kedua adalah reaktor jenis continuous stirred tank reactor. Reaktor pertama beroperasi pada temperatur 110oC dan tekanan 1 atm sedangkan reaktor kedua beroperasi pada temperatur 110oC dan tekanan 1 atm. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 222 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik caprolactam ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: •Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 38.848.660,00 •Total Penjualan = US $ 920.037.616,00 •Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 882.658.688,00 •Annual Cash Flow = US $ 20.885.815,00 •Pay Out Time = 2,0115 Tahun •Rate Of Return On Investment (ROR) = 62,59% •Break Even Point (BEP) = 25,083% •Service Life = 11 Tahun
