Abstract

Ayu Andriani, Community Perception of Muara Medak Village on Crisis Management by Public Relations of PT. Swadaya Bhakti Negaramas Sub Indoagri in Resolving 2015 Forest and Land Fire Cases. PT Swadaya Bhakti Negaramas Sub Indoagri in Muara Medak Village is a plantation division company which is 52.00% owned by the Republic of Indonesia. The implementation of this company must use a good service to the community because all of the assessments of the good and bad of a company's performance can also be seen from the community, so this research discusses the people's perception of the company. While this type of research is descriptive quantitative research type in order to describe all the conditions, situations, and phenomena that occur. Data collection methods were solved by questionnaires, observations and documentation. From the results of the study it was found that the perception of the community of Muara Medak Village about crisis management by the public relations officer of PT Swadaya Bhakti Negaramas in resolving the 2015 forest and land fires has been good, seen from the recaptulation of respondents' answers regarding the statements made.Keywords : Perception, Community, PT Swadaya Bhakti Negaramas, Fire, Forest
