Abstract

This study aiming is to determine, the achievement of sales targeted by the company at PT. AHAZ KARYA MANDIRI, based on the theory of compliance audits, has been obeyed and achieved by the employees. This is a qualitative descriptive study by observing data in the form of going directly to the place where this research was conducted, then observing conditions, conducting interviews, requesting sales data and company budget data, and asking for several other documents. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained are analyzed between the conditions that occur and the theory concerned with this study is to use primary data. Primary data obtained in this study were obtained from direct interviews with the company. The results of this study indicate compliance audits have been obeyed by employees, but still not run optimally due to the many tasks assigned by the company to employees.
