Abstract

This study was meant to know and analyze how motivation might have been for employees’ performance in PT.Anugerah Hutama Palembang. The Population of this study is the total number of employeesin PT. Anugerah Hutama Palembang is thirty-nine employees. The sampling technique used non probability sampling with a saturated sampling (census), so the respondens is a total 39 all employees in PT.Anugerah Hutama Palembang. This study used primary data obtained throught questionnaires and simple linear regressions analysis methods as a data analysis technique. Studies indicate that motivation has a positive and significant influence for employee performance. And the calculation of Cofficient Determination (R2) has a influence for employees performance of 95,8%.
