Abstract

Analysis of Predisposing, Enabling and Reinforcing Factors Relationship to the Utilization of Posyandu in the Work Coverage of visits to posyandu (D / S) is one indicator of posyandu activity. Based on data from the Palembang City Health Office it is known that the Tegal Binangun Community Health Center has the lowest D / S coverage in Palembang City at 66.30%, still below the target of 85%. The study aims to analyze the relationship between predisposing, enabling and reinforcing factors to the use of posyandu in the work area of the Tegal Binangun Public Health Center in Palembang. This type of research is observational analytic research with cross sectional approach. The population in the study was 1,909 children aged 12-59 months in the working area of the Tegal Binangun Public Health Center in Palembang. The study sample was 189 mothers who have children under the age of 12-59 months. It is known that respondents are dominated by mothers aged <30 years (57.7%), the number of toddlers 1 person (78.8%), toddlers aged 12-35 months (67.7%), mothers not working (81.5%) , Last high education (71.4%), Low level of knowledge (50.8%), negative mother's attitude towards posyandu (52.4%), distance to remote posyandu (63%), high family income (52.4%) ), positive cadre attitude towards the existence of posyandu (52.4%), the role of low health workers (60.3%), high family support (52.4%) and support of high community leaders (51.9%). The results showed that there were 153 respondents (81%) who were low in using posyandu (0 - 7 times). Variable maternal age, number of children under five, knowledge level, family income and distance to the posyandu are the characteristics of respondents who show a significant relationship with the use of posyandu. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the posyandu pokjanal team of sub-district / kelurahan can increase commitment to integrate basic social services of posyandu, BKB and PAUD, increase public participation in the form of healthy funds, orientation / training to PAUD / TK tutors for monitoring growth and development in PAUD / TK, procurement posyandu infrastructure facilities, orientation / training of posyandu cadres, as well as forming / activating posyandu pokjanal starting from the city level to the village level.
