Abstract

The spread of Corona Virus Desease 2019 (Covid-19) took place quite quickly and there has been a spread between countries. P2PM employees have a high risk of exposure to SARS-COV2 coronaviruses because they are at the forefront in preventing and controlling coronavirus at the district level. This study aims to analyze the risk management of P2PM coronavirus employees in the PALI Regency Health Office 2020. This research was conducted in June to July 2020. This study used a descriptive design with a qualitative method approach. Information obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document review. Informants in this study were 12 people. The analysis used is the SWOT analysis and risk management standard ISO 31000: 2018. Validity test is done through triangulation of sources, methods, and data. The results of this study indicate the dangers of the P2PM coronavirus type of work assignments in the PALI District Health Office are mostly caused by biological and psychosocial hazards and the most risks are contracting corona, work fatigue, work stress, stress. There are 7 risk assessments of very high risk levels, 16 high risk levels, 8 medium risk levels and 12 low risk levels. Controlling recommendations that can be done are by monitoring and monitoring, working with cross-sector security to get assistance, officers aged over 45 years do not go into the field because of vulnerable health conditions, use of PPE and implement health protocols.
