Abstract
Hypertension is a Non-communicable disease which has the highest prevalence of disease in Indonesia. The number of people with hypertension in the city of Palembang as much as 31.804. Sabokingking Health Center has the highest number of sufferers, totaling 4.158 patients. For early detection of hypertension risk factors, the formation of Posbindu activities. The form of support in the successful implementation of Posbindu is the partnership with the Public Health Center. The general objective of this study was to analyze the partnerships of the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases and the Posbindu in controlling hypertension in the working area of Sabokingking Health Center. This study uses a qualitative method. Informants in this study there were 7 people, it is the officers of the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases, the Posbindu head, and Posbindu cadres. The results showed that the form of partnership formed was a partnership in the from of networking with screening activities. In this study, the goals to be achieved by the Public Health Center and Posbindu have similar goals. The Public Health Center and Posbindu also have an agreement on the division of human resources, the distribution of facilities and the assignment agreement and for infrastructure support such as a special place for the implementation of Posbindu not yet done.. While, the funding agreement has not been done. Facility support in Posbindu activities has been provided by Public Health Center. Officers and cadres also have active communication in determining the schedule and place of Posbindu carried out. However, officers and cadres do not have an equal role in the Posbindu activities, becauseonly the officers those who perform health service in the Posbindu. The partnership has not been running optimally because the results of the study are known that the factors that influence the partnership have not fully run optimally. The suggestion in this research is that the Public Health Center and Posbindu need to work together to build commitment and good teamwork in staging the Posbindu activities to optimize the partnership that is established.
