Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of GDP, inflation, BI rate and the total financing on Non Performing Financing on BPRS in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data with a time period of 2005 to 2018. This research method used panel data regression method with the best model Common Effect Model and the sample used in this study is 10 BPRS in Indonesia. This study find that GDP, BI rate and Total Financing have a positively relationship and have a significant effect on NPF. This study also find that the inflation also has a positively relationship however does not has a significant effect on NPF in BPRS in Indonesia.
