Abstract

Kebijakan Alokasi DAK merupakan suatu tindakan pemerintah untuk mengakomodasikan kebutuhan prioritas nasional, oleh sebab itu kebijakan DAK mengutamakan urusan daerah agar pembagian dana dari pemerintah pusat bisa lebih optimal digunakan untuk membangun infrastruktur jalan dan irigasi pada semua daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Alokasi Khusus Fisik Jalan dan Irigasi terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Kemiskinan di Sumatera Selatan pada tahun 2010-2018. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi data panel melalui pendekatan Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dana Alokasi Khusus Fisik Infrastruktur Jalan dan Irigasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia sedangkan untuk variabel kemiskinan Dana Alokasi Khusus Fisik Jalan dan Irigasi memiliki pengaruh negatif.
