Abstract

THE EFFECT OF FINANCIAL COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION CV.DWI KARYA PALEMBANGThis research aims to find out and analyze how the financial compensation effects the job satisfaction of employee in Cv. Dwi Karya Palembang. The population of this research is all employees in CV. Dwi Karya Palembang amount of 45 people. The sampling technique of this research uses the consensus technique. The research uses primary data through questionnaire. It is analyzed using simple regression method. The results of this study show that the financial compensation has a significant effect on the job satisfaction. For companies, it is recommended to pay attention and maintain the job satisfaction as the financial compensation. Therefore the financial compensation provided by the company can be improved.
