Abstract
This study aims to see how the effect of job characteristics on organizational citizenship behavior at the board of directors office of PTPN VII Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were all employees at the board of directors office of PTPN VII with an error rate of 10% using proportional stratified random sampling technique which took proportional and representative samples. This research used primary data obtained from questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was revealed that job characteristics had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at the board of directors office of PTPN VII Bandar Lampung, therefore it is hoped that employees can become more familiar with their job characteristics so that the level of organizational citizenship behavior can increase and succeed in maximizing results with existing resources.
