Abstract

This study aims to know the efforts of The Task Force clean sweap illegal levies OKU Timur to overcome illegal levies on an identity card service in Martapura sub-districk. This study is using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informant or speaker in this study amounted to 12 people. There are three data collection techniques which are documentations, interviews, and observations. The validity tests of the data used include which are credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the data analysis that has been done before, it can be concluded that the efforts of the Task Force clean sweap illegal levies OKU Timur to overcome illegal levies on an identity card service in Martapura sub-districk that is intelligent covers maping, infiltration, eliciting, and give suggestion to implement the task, prevention covers socialization, counseling, and training, repressive covers repressive efforts, arresting, give a recommendation letter to institution which illegal levies happen, compile and sublimate to authoritative institution and justice covers give suggestion about the punishment, hand over the perpetrator of illegal levies to the court, supervise and guarding the process of court.
