Abstract

Government and Enterprise Service Division at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Witel Sumsel is a division engaged in the sale of products, service providers, and services whose customers come from large companies as well as local government offices. In the process of archiving customer contracts, the old system sometimes has constraints such as the search of archives that take a long time, still using folders and filing cabinets so that it takes up quite a lot of space. The purpose of the author is to create a customer contract archiving system in the Government and Enterprise Service division of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Witel Sumsel is based on the mobile web. The author uses the system development method in the form of a waterfall method. The author's testing process uses the black box method to find out the functional development of the built system and as a result, the process of archiving customer contracts can be done faster and save more space.
