Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelatihan yang diterapkan dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan pada Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, yaitu mengambil seluruh sampel sebanyak 43 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. This research was conducted at PT Pegadaian Regional Office III Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the training being implemented and to find out how it affected the level of employee performance at the Pawnshop Regional Office III Palembang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian Regional Office III Palembang. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling, which is taking all samples of 43 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the training had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Regional Office III Palembang.
