Abstract

This development research aims to produce powtoon media on classical guidance with valid, practical and effective learning time management material at SMA Negeri 7 Prabumulih. This media development uses the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). The results showed that the media developed had met the feasibility and met the requirements to be used as a media. This can be seen from the results of the material and media validation stated according to the validator, practicality was also tested through a one to one test, namely in the form of student responses to powtoon media. Small group 86% (very practical category) and 92% field test (very practical category). From the media effectiveness test by providing guidance test results to students at the field test stage with the results of students' understanding tests with a very good score category of 30 students and a good score category of 4 students, with this obtained an average of 94 (very good category). This the product of powtoon media with learning time management material has met the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness, so that it can be used by counseling teachers as a medium in the implementation of classical guidance.
