Abstract

PT. Bumi Merapi Energi merupakan suatu perusahaan yang beroperasi di bidang batubara dan beroperasi utama pada kabupaten Lahat. Untuk memperlancar produksi, dilakukan evaluasi pertambangan pada sektor pengiriman atau hauling batubara, guna memperbesar tingkat pengiriman barubara ke konsumen.. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya perbedaan produksi dengan hasil timbangan.Didapatkan bahwa pengaruh produksi diakibatkan dari pengangkutan dump truck yang lama. Adanya masalah internal juga mempengaruhi produksi dimana terjadinya penurunan produksi diakibatkan berhentinya kegiatan penambangan pada waktu tertentu. Penyebab perbedaan hasil timbangan yang telah dibandingkan dikarenakan faktor boulder, dimana batubara dari penambangan terlalu besar sehingga densitas raw yang didapat terlalu kecil dan hasil tonase pun menurun. Diharapkan untuk mengevaluasi proses penambangan supaya pengangkutan batubata pada dump truck sedikit padat dan bisa meningkatkan timbangan batubara. Meningkatnya produksi akan mempercepat pengembalian modal investasi.
