Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of service quality on Telkomsel card customer satisfaction in Palembang and what variables are dominantly influential. The population in this study were Sriwijaya University Palembang Campus students with a sample of 100 respondents and used a non probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method with the requirement to use Telkomsel for approximately one year. The research instrument used was an interview with a questionnaire by distributing it to Sriwijaya University Palembang campus students contained in the object of research and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially. The dominant variable influential is X4 or assurance. The advice that can be given in this research is that the company can maintain the assurance variable and improve the quality of its products again.
