Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of work motivation on the performance of employees of Dunia Tekstile Palembang. The population of this study is the entire number of employees of Dunia tekstile Palembang totaling 138 people. The sampling technique of this study used a random sample, the sample of this study was 58 people, all employees of Dunia Tekstile Palembang. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques.
