Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of financial compensation on employee performance at PT. Tiga saudara group. The population of this study is the entire number of employees at PT. Tiga saudara group, amounting to 34 people. The sampling technique of this study used a saturated sample (census), thus the sample of this study was 34 employees of all employees at PT. Tiga saudara group Plantation. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance.
