Abstract
Pra Rancangan Pabrik Pembuatan Bisfenol-A Kapasitas 52.000 Ton/Tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2025 di Kabupaten Batang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 4,4 Ha. Bahan baku dari pembuatan bisfenol-A ini adalah aseton dan fenol. Proses pembuatan bisfenol-A ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 2019/0315670 A1 yang berlangsung dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap sintesis bisfenol-A dengan mereaksikan aseton dan fenol, tahap purifikasi dan recovery, dan tahap kristalisasi. Reaktor yang digunakan adalah jenis fixed bed reactor yang berisikan katalis padat ion-exchange (Amberlyst-31) dan beroperasi pada temperatur 900C dan tekanan 1 atm. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 227 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik bisfenol-A ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 63.815.838,56 • Total Penjualan = US $ 155.999.999,50 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 119.047.209,10 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 28.056.741,89 • Pay Out Time = 4,5 Tahun • Rate Of Return On Investment (ROR) = 40,53% • Break Even Point (BEP) = 43% • Service Life = 11 Tahun
