Abstract

This study entitled The Development of Cursor Game Learning Media on History Lesson in the Tenth Grade of Senior High School 4 Pagar Alam City.The research question of this study was how to develop the history learning media which is valid and effective. This study was conducted by using Akker’s development research model that is analysis, design, and evaluation. The validity of media has to be tested by three experts that is expert of learning content, expert of learning design, and expert of media. The validity of leraning content included in the valid category with average point is 3,73. The validity of learning design also included in valid category with average point 3,77. The validity of learning media also included in valid category with average point 4,0. Potential effects of this history learning media are seen from the results of field test conducted at Senior High School 4 of Pagar Alam city with average of the N-gain was 0,93 (high). The results of the study entitled The Development of Cursor Game Learning Media on History Lesson in the Tenth Grade of Senior High School has filled the valid and effectiveness criteria.
