Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi penerimaan pajak sarang burung walet pada penerimaan pajak daerah kota Palembang serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas dan laju pertumbuhan penerimaan pajak sarang burung walet kota Palembang. Penelitian ini mengambil data pada Badan Pengelolaaan Pajak Daerah kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kontribusi, analisis efektivitas dan analisis laju pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi penerimaan pajak sarang burung walet pada penerimaan pajak daerah pada tahun 2014-2018 rata-rata dikategorikan sangat kurang. Tingkat efektivitas penerimaan pajak sarang burung walet dari tahun 2014-2018 dapat dikategorikan sangat efektif, kecuali pada tahun 2014 dikategorikan cukup efektif serta laju pertumbuhan penerimaan pajak sarang burung walet dikategorikan tidak berhasil kecuali pada tahun 2015 dikategorikan sangat berhasil. Kata Kunci : Pajak Sarang Burung Walet, Pajak Daerah, Kontribusi, Efektivitias, Laju Pertumbuhan ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the contribution of swallow's nest tax revenue to the Palembang city local tax revenue and to determine how much the effectiveness and growth rate of Palembang's swallow's nest tax revenue. This study took data from the Regional Tax Management Agency of Palembang city. This type of research is descriptive using a quantitative approach. Data obtained by conducting interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is contribution analysis, effectiveness analysis and growth rate analysis. The results showed that the contribution of swallow's nest tax revenue to local tax revenue in 2014-2018 was categorized as very insufficient. The effectiveness level of swallow's nest tax revenue from 2014-2018 can be categorized as very effective, except in 2014 it is categorized as quite effective and the growth rate of swallow's nest tax revenue is categorized as unsuccessful except in 2015 it is categorized as very successful.
