Abstract

This research was to study the effect of several dosage ofNPK fertilizer and organic substance of mung bean sprout extract on cauliflower. The complete randomized design was used and the dosage treatments consists of mung bean sprout extract of 20 ml mung bean sprouts extract from 100 g mung bean sprout /L, 30 ml mung bean sprouts extract from 100 g mung bean sprout /L, and 40ml mung bean sprouts extract from I 00 g mung bean sprout /L , while NPK fertilizer were 3g/polybag, 4.5g/polybag, and 5g/polybag. The parameter that observed were the height of crops, the number of leaves, the age of flowering, the age of harvest, the weight of cauliflower, the weight of Stover, and the index of harvest. The result of this research indicated that the age of flowering had a noticeable influent, the height of crops and the number of leaves also showed very noticeable influent. The applied of mung bean extract with dosage of 40 ml mung bean sprouts extract from 100 g mung bean sprout /L and the applied treatment of NPK fertilizer with dosage of 5 g/polybag was increased the age of flowering, the weight of cauliflower and the weight of Stover also increased the harvest index
