Abstract
The aim of the research was to know the characters of anatomy, morphology, and physiology on duku acession of Banyuasin regency. The research was carried from February to April 2016. Analyze sample of physiology and anatomy was carried on Laboratory of Plant Physiology, Department of Agronomy, Sriwijaya University. Method of the reasearch was survey and observation with purposive sampling. The data result was analyzed by comparing diversity of phenotypic variance and standard deviation values. Genetic relationship determined by using cluster program of NTSYS-pc 2.02. Results indicated that leaves anathomy, morphology, and physiology characteristic showed diversity in quantitative characters and uniformity in qualitative characters. Genetic relationship of fifteen duku acession in Banyuasin Regency has coefficient of similarity with the lowest 50% and the highest 67%
