Abstract
Duku is one kind of local tropical fruit that had been developed in Indonesia. Information on germplasm of duku very important to know as the basis for determining the duku breeding programs. This research aimed to obtain the morphology, anatomy and physiology characteristics accession of duku in Muara Enim Regency. This research was conducted in January 2016 to March 2016 in Muara Enim Regency. The method used in this research was descriptive analysis. Data were collected for qualitative and quantitative characters of morphology, anatomy and physiology of duku. Value diversity phenotype determined by a comparative analysis of variance and standard deviation. Genetic relationship was determined by using cluster analysis UPGMA method (Unweighted pair group method with arithmetic average) by using a program NTSYS-pc 2.02. The results showed that the duku in Muara Enim regency had diversity only on quantitative characters. While the qualitative characters duku had the same characters except the color of the leaves. The diversity of phenotype variability had a value of narrow and broad. The closest genetic relationship on duku occur originating from the district of Gunung Megang and Ujan Mas with similarity rate reached 73%. The level of duku diversity in Muara Enim Regency was 45%.
