Abstract

Pembuluh Darah Retina merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam retina mata. Bagian ini juga memiliki pengaruh besar pada penyakit seperti retinopati diabetik atau stroke, dalam kasus stroke arteri tersumbat akan menyebabkan kelemahan pemeliharaan. Adapun diabetic retinopathy (DR), juga dikenal sebagai salah satu penyakit mata yang disebabkan oleh diabetes, penyakit ini menyebabkan hilangnya penglihatan mata dan kebutaan. Filter Frangi digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas gambar pada retina mata. Sebuah pembuluh darah diretina mata memiliki diameter yang lebar, sedangkan frangi filter kemudian akan memberikan output ke setiap piksel yang memiliki respons maksimal yang dapat dibuat dengan kompilasi pembuluh darah di retina mata. Region Of Interest atau yang bisa disingkat ROI adalah operasi di mana operasi ini dilakukan untuk memilih bidang penelitian yang diinginkan. Nilai akurasi yang diperoleh sebelum menggunakan ROI mencapai nilai 65,35% sedangkan setelah perintah region of interest digunakan nilai akurasi meningkat menjadi 80,70%
