Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Phosgene dari karbon monoksida dan klorin dengan kapasitas 50.000 ton/tahun direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2023 di direncanakan pendirian pabrik pembuatan phosgene berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Provinsi Banten yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 4,5 Ha. Proses pembuatan Phosgene dengan jenis reaktor multi tubular fixed bed (R-01) dengan katalis Norit RX3 Extra. Kondisi operasi pembuatan asam akrilat adalah 100oC dan tekanan 1,5 atm. Reaksi yang terjadi sebagai berikut: CO (g) + Cl2(g) COCl2 (l) Pabrik pembuatan metanol ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang pimpinannya adalah Direktur Utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan ini adalah line and staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 102 orang. Hasil dari analisa ekonomi Pra-rencana Pabrik Pembuatan Phosgene sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) : US $ 74,106,847.49 • Total penjualan per tahun : US $ 90,956,079.74 • Laba bersih per tahun : US $ 74.106.847,49 • Annual Cash Flow (ACF) : US $ 11,875,434.93 • Pay Out Time : 1,69 tahun • Rate Of Return On Investment : 72,13 % • Break Event Point : 34,70 % • Service Life : 11 tahun
