Abstract

The reform era led to the rapid development of information technology, including the use of smart phone devices. BPJS Kesehatan contains the Mobile JKN application which can make it easier for participants in relation to the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors of using the JKN Mobile Application for participants in the Palembang Branch Health Social Security Administering Body. The design of this research is cross sectional. The sample of this study was the participants of BPJS Kesehatan who visited the Palembang branch office with a total of 151 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis (correlation test using the Spearman correlation test). Total usage of the JKN Mobile Application was 86.8%. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation or relationship with the degree of closeness of the relationship between the two variables Perceived Usefulness and Actual Usageis a strong relationship. The value of the correlation coefficient is positive, which means that the type of relationship is unidirectional. There is a correlation or relationship with the degree of closeness of the relationship between the two variables Perceived Ease of Use and Actual Usage is a strong relationship. The value of the correlation coefficient is positive, which means that the type of relationship is unidirectional. There is a correlation or relationship with the degree of closeness of the relationship between the two variables Attitude Toward Using and Actual Usage is a strong relationship. The correlation coefficient value is positive, which means that the type of relationship is unidirectional. There is a correlation or relationship with the degree of closeness of the relationship between the two variables Behavioral Intention to Use and Actual Usage is a strong relationship. The correlation coefficient value is positive, which means the type of relationship is unidirectional. The suggestions that can be made for BPJS Kesehatan are to add features or services needed by participants from the JKN Mobile Application and conduct socialization and provide support to participants so that all participants are aware of the JKN Mobile Application.
