Abstract

This study aims to produce classical guidance service in media products in audio visual that audiovisual media that are practically,effecient and effective. The kind of this study is Research and Development with the method used was model ADDIE Through 5 stages such as 1)analyze, 2) design, 3)development, 4) implementation and 5) evaluation in order to know students’ respons about audio visual media in improving students’ adaptation skill at school. This study conducted at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang year 2018/2019 with 30 students.The results of preliminary tests on the needs of adapted material students in the school environment at the 58% pre-test in the low ” category”. Audio visual media examination viewed from the results of the field test questionnaire obtained questionnaire scores yielding a practical percentage of 96% by category very practical and in the post – test obtained 85,1% with the high “category”meduim from the results above it can be concluded that classical service audio visual media developed in the from of valid, practical,and effective audio visual media is used to support classical guidance services in the social field to improve adaptability in schools.
