Abstract

Data from previous research shows problems in the nursing process, especially at the stage of nursing diagnosis and planning. The nursing care plan includes diagnosis, interventions and outcomes. This study uses the SDKI, SIKI, and SLKI standards. Nurses' lack of knowledge about these standards became the background for researchers to make prototypes application as a guide in making nursing care plans for behavior and relational categories. The purpose of this research is to design a prototype application and make it happen, to determine the operation of the application, to test application functionality, and to test usability. prototype application as a guide in making nursing care plan for behavior and relational categories. This research is included in the type of research Research and Development (R&D). The model Research and Development used in this study is ADDIE (Analysis - Design - Develop - Implement - Evaluate). The application design is realized using the programming languages HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL as the database. Application operation using a web server and a web browser. Testing application functionality using the observation method blackbox testing. Meanwhile, for testing usability using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) questionnaire. The application is successfully implemented, the operation uses 9 steps, the results of the application functionality testing are running well and are suitable for use, the results of the test usability application are 0.86, with a good predicate.
