Abstract
Introduction : Gram-negative bacilli resistance has been increased so that antibiotic options become limited leading to increased morbidity and mortality. Method: This research is a retrospective descriptive study that uses medical record data of inpatients at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Hospital who were infected with negative gram basil (A. baumannii, P. aeruginosa, E. coli, K. pneumoniae) in the period January-June 2020 and then the data is processed using SPSS. Result : Prevalence of MDR A. baumannii (66.5%) is the highest gram basil compared to other MDR. Basil gram negative MDR is highest in intensive inpatient wards and is found throughout the specimen type. Antibiotics that are sensitive to negative gram basil producing ESBL are carbapenem, amikacin, tigecycline, while CRE is only sensitive to tigecycline. MDR A. baumannii and MDR P. aeruginosa are sensitive to amikacin. Conclusion: From January-June 2020, the highest prevalence of MDR gram-negative bacilli is MDR A. baumannii with antibiotics that are sensitive to all MDR negative gram bacilli that is tigecycline, except MDR P. aeruginosa is only sensitive to amikacin.
