Abstract
Construction with all its processes produces a large amount of waste. As a result, material waste management is very important for construction activities. Waste management in the construction industry can reduce project costs and protect the environment from being polluted from construction waste generated by the construction activities themselves. The results of the first analysis, namely the type of material that has the largest percentage of material waste from the total volume of material used in each type of construction is wood, for road projects the average percentage value of waste generated for wood material is 33.64%. For bridge construction, wood material produces waste with a mean of 25.67%, for this type of building project construction, wood produces waste of 49.54%, and for wooden housing projects produces waste of 50%. The results of the second analysis are the factors that most influence causing the construction project material to arise, namely the sub-variable (X3.4) improper storage that causes damage or a decrease in the quality of the material with a mean value of 4.37.
