Abstract

The preparation of the nursing process is one of the main tasks for nurses, this task is expected to be able to carry out nursing actions or interventions independently. The preparation of the nursing process is still very far from the good category, which does not reach 75% in accordance with 3S standards. The purpose of this research is to produce a prototype application as a guide in the making of the nursing process to the intervention according to the 3S standard in the physiological category. The methodology used in this study is the Research and Development method, namely the method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The results of this study are that the application prototype as a guide in the making of the nursing process to the intervention according to the 3S standard in the physiological category developed by the researcher is practical with its average percentage (82.6%). This shows that the application prototype as a guide in making the nursing process up to the intervention according to the 3S standard in the physiological category is practical in its use.
