Abstract

Background: Covid-19 is one of the respiratory diseases that first appeared in the State of Wuhan, China in December 2019. WHO said that Covid-19 is a pandemic that is dangerous for humans, and until now the Covid-19 incidence continues to increase. Covid-19 incidents can be detected using a PCR examination, but not all hospital services are able to carry out this examination. The suitability of radiological chest X-ray images and the Antibody Rapid-Test has not been studied before. In fact, information related to the suitability of chest X-ray radiology and the Antibody Rapid-Test is needed to make a diagnosis of Covid-19 patients. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the radiological images of the chest X-ray with the results of the Antibody Rapid-Test at Dr. Moh. Hoesin Palembang for the period February 2020 - July 2020 Method: This study used a cross-sectional design with analytical descriptive methods to determine the frequency of occurrence and risk factors for chest X-ray and the Antibody Rapid-Test at Dr. Moh. Hoesin Palembang. The variables studied were gender, age, education, antibody Rapid-Test results, chest X-ray, clinical symptoms, and comorbidities. Data taken from medical records and Radilogy in RSUP Dr. Moh. Hoesin Palembang collected and analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis. Result: Chest X-ray was dominated by infiltrate (51.8%), then normal (23.2%), consolidation (21.4%) and GGO (3.6%). The results of the Rapid Antibody Test in this study were 39 reactive subjects and 17 subjects (30.4%) showed non-reactive results. Conclusion: The suitability of the chest photo image with the results of the Antibody Rapid Test obtained an α value of 0.535 which means there is no match between the X-ray and the results of the Antibody Rapid Test. Keywords: Chest X-ray, Antibody Rapid-Test, Risk Factors
