Abstract

The aim of this research is to give an empirical evidence of the tax planning implementation. The object of this research is Tigaraksa Satria Company with its financial statement of 201L The research methodo/ogy is description, the Information collection is done by using observation, interview, and documentation. The result shows that by doing tax planning according to the rules, so the company could get the function of savingfor income tax obligation.
