Abstract

PT. Pinago Utama is an oil palm and rubber plantation company that has many workers with different knowledge so that a knowledge management system is needed. Fever utilizes the APO KM framework which can help the knowledge exchange process by having accelerator components, knowledge processes and outcomes that increase company growth. In the APO KM framework, leadership, people, processes, and technology play an important role so that KM in the company can be realized. In APO KM, the knowledge gained will be stored on the website so that it can be accessed by everyone and can be used by other employees. So as to make the work of every employee to be efficient and also increase company growth including productivity growth, quality and profit.
