Abstract

This study aimed to produce a product in the form of question items and to determine the feasibility of critical thinking questions in terms of their validity, reliability, and practicality. The research method used was Research and Development with the 4D research model according to Thiagarajan with the stages of Defining, Designing, Developing and Distributing. This study used only three of the four stages, namely Defining, Designing, and Developing. To retrive data and practicality value, Google forms is used. The trial results were then analyzed using the Anates V4 application. The results of analysis showed that of the 40 items, 33 items were declared valid and reliable. The reliability value is 0.88 indicating that the reliability of critical thinking questions was high. The practicality of critical thinking questions was known through the results of the test taker's questionnaire analysis at the trial stage with the average value of the practicality questionnaire results being 4.15 which indicates that critical thinking questions were categorized as practical. Thus, an instrument for critical thinking about environmental change material has been produced that is feasible and easy to use.
