Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penerapan Lesson Study, penerapan tahapan Plan, Do dan See dalam Lesson Study, dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan skala likerts, reduksi data, data display, dan conclusion drawing. Dan validitas data menggunakan tringulasi, bahan refrensi dan member check . Dalam penelitian dideskripsikan jika di SD Negeri 111 Palembang dan SD Yayasan IBA Lesson Study mampu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar, dan penerapan Plan, Do dan See sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan juga ditemukan beberapa faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam penerapan Lesson Study.
