Abstract

Technology development especially computer currently has a very important role the life of society. Technology grow according the guidance of the days of expected to be a means of supporting to handle what problems arose in managing and resolve existing problems in the company, organization or agencies. Also in Global English Language Center is expected to process data will pinpointed and accurate in process data prospective students who apply to conduct a placement test. System who is running on Global English Language Center now it has not been fully using a computerized system. Application of participants’ registration for placement test at Global English Language Center Demang Lebar Daun Palembang this designed in such a way to ease in data processing and preparing reports efficiently and effectively. This application is built with notation Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram and programming is PHP and MySQL as DBMS, with engineering development methods and systems modeling, requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. It is expected with this system can facilitate data processing on Global English Language Center Demang Lebar Daun Palembang.
