Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan aluminium hidroksida kapasitas produksi 112.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2025 di Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 11 Ha. Proses pembuatan aluminium hidroksida ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 10526211 B2 dengan proses pembentukan aluminium butoksida dan dilanjutkan proses hidrolisis aluminium butoksida membentuk produk aluminium hidroksida. Reaktor pertama dan kedua berjenis Cotinuous Stirred Tank Reactor. Reaktor pertama beroperasi pada temperatur 110°C dan tekanan 1 atm, sedangkan reaktor kedua beroperasi pada temperatur 80°C dan tekanan 1 atm. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 206 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik aluminium hidroksida ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 311.722.539,59 • Total Penjualan Pertahun = US$ 256.654.107,89 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 146.600.823,69 • Annual Cash Flow = US$ 101.122.540,96 • Pay Out Time = 2,8 tahun • Rate of Return = 24,71 % • Break Even Point = 34,46 % • Service Life = 11 tahun
