Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Safety and Health Work On Employees Performance On PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Cintamanis. The population in this study were all employees in the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Cintamanis. using a sample which amounted to 109 respondent. Data collection methods used in this study are obtained from questioners. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that Safety and Health Work had a positive and significant effect on Employees Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Cintamanis.
