Abstract
The research on the influence of the electric current and the concentration of sulfuric acid on LPG savings at the gas stove has been done. Electrolysis was carried out on variations of electric current (4, 5, 8 Ampere), the concentration of sulfuric acid (0.1; 0.4; 0.5 M), and the rate of air boosters 27.8 mL/seconds; 16.8 mL/seconds. The parameters specified in this research are temperature of water heating and percent of heat increase. The results showed the difference temperature on electrolysis of 6° C from 85° to 91° C. Meanwhile the percent of heat increase and concentration of sulfuric acid was increasing within the increasing of electric current. While driving air rate comparison showed a difference of temperature increase, although the comparison is not significant. The air booster rate 16.8 mL/seconds will increase 1° C in every minute comparing with 27.8 mL/seconds. This occurs at a lower air booster, so the Brown gas more accumulated.
