Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap Belanja Daerah dan untuk mengetahui apakah flypaper effect tezjadi pada pengaruh DAU dan PAD terhadap Belanja Daerah. Objek penelitian ini adalah Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Selatan untuk periode 2008-2011 dengan data diolah dari laporan APBD. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Variabel independennya adalah DAU dan PAD, dan variabel dependennya adalah Belanja Daerah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa DAU dan PAD mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tidak teijadi flypaper effect pada pengaruh DAU dan PAD terhadap Belanja Daerah di Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Selatan.
