Abstract
This research examines about applying balanced scorecard method to assess the human resource performance in PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. This research use four perspectives of balanced scorecard method. They are financial perspective, customer, intern business process, and learning and growth. The indicators of perspectives have the relationship. This research notices how balanced scorecard method w as applied in PTBA appropriate to existing theories.
