Abstract

This Research is called “The role of public relations and legal services division of the ministry of law and human rights province of South Sumatra in inform intellectual property rights to the community” The research aims to understand the role of public relations of the ministry of law and human rights in inform intellectual property rights to the community. The Method in this research is using a descriptive qualitative study. The data used in the form are primary and secondary data that obtained through observation, interview, and documentation .The result of this research showed public relations of the ministry of law and human rights already run their role pretty well referring to the theory the role of public relations according to Dozier & Broom in the rosady ruslan: as an expert adviser, facilitators communication, facilitators problem solving and technicians communication .
