Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh self efficacy terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah S2JB Palembang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan sampel 42 Karyawan bagian SDM Umum, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Kuantitatif dengan alat analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah S2JB Palembang. Saran yang diberikan bagi pihak yang terkait untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, mematuhi peraturan yang ada di perusahaan, menumbuhkan kesadaran dan keinginan dalam diri karyawan.
