Abstract

This study aims to examine the efficiency and influence of financing, income and wadiah savings on efficiency in BMT in Palembang City during the January 2018- December 2019 period. The samples of this research are three BMTs in Palembang City namely BMT Al-Aqobah, BMT Surya Barokah and BMT Insan Mulia. . The analytical method used technical efficiency using the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) approach and Panel data regression. The results of this study are (1) BMT Palembang City includes BMT Al - Aqobah, BMT Surya Barokah and BMT Insan Mulia are categorized as Efficiency. (2) Financing has a negative and significant effect on efficiency (3) Wadiah income and savings have a positive effect on efficiency. Keywords: Efficiency, Financing, Income, Wadiah Savings
